At Beauty Exchange Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and unused due to health and hygiene regulations in the beauty industry.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
